Everything here is made to order, so these are the quick answers customers ask most often about materials, durability, and color expectations.
What materials do you use?
Most items are printed in PLA, which is ideal for indoor decor, desk toys, gifts, and fidgets. Outdoor or garden-focused items may be offered in PETG when the listing says so.
How durable are the prints?
They are sturdy for normal display, shelf use, desk use, and light everyday handling. Like most 3D prints, they should be kept away from extreme heat and should not be treated like indestructible chew toys.
Will my colors look exactly like the photos?
Not always exactly. Every piece is made to order, and colors can look a little different from screen to screen, spool to spool, and in different lighting. Silk, matte, glow, gradient, and multicolor filaments can shift the most.
Are these made to order?
Yes. Most items are printed after you order, which is why many products let you choose colors and styles. If you want a combination you do not see on the page, reach out and we can usually help.
What is the normal processing time?
Our processing time is normally 1-2 weeks but we always try and push things out faster than that. If you have a tighter deadline please feel free to reach out as we can do our best to prioritize items to get them out sooner.
What is your return/refund policy?
We do accept returns within 1 week of delivery of the item. However, the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return label and the refund would be issued upon return of the item. If there is damage due to shipping or a package missing etc. reach out and we will work with you the best we can to resolve that, as well!
